Set Permissions on Reports
Prerequisites; By default the
Groups in Redbrick PM are only separated into standard users and Administrators. If you want to separate report permissions by Managers, Partners, Accounts Team etc, you'll need to create more groups. The guide for this is
here.
By default all reports in Redbrick PM are visible to all users. If you add any sensitive reports you may want to hide them from some of your users. To do this go to Options and Matter Types
Then open Miscellaneous and Reports
You can now highlight any individual report and set the permission on it, or remove permissions for all users, then grant back the ones you do want.
For the purpose on Reports, "View only" and "Full" mean the same thing. Hidden is the only option that will hide the report from your users.
