Matter Level Permissions

If matter level permissions have been set and you are trying to open a matter that you do not have permission for, you will get the below message:

Matter level permissions can be used if you have a sensitive matter - like a colleague is selling their house using your firm - and don’t want all users to be able to see their file. Broader permission settings can also be used, such as restricting certain matter types (like all purchase matters) or restricting one user from accessing any cases by a certain fee earner. Only your Redbrick Administrator can set or amend these permissions.
