Showing and Hiding Filters in Reports

Showing and Hiding Filters in Reports

In the report area of Redbrick PM, some reports will have filters you can use to filter down the visible results.

If you can see the "Show Filter" button, this means there are available filters on the report.

Clicking this will show the available filters (and the button will change to "Hide Filter" which you can click if you want more results visible on your screen)

Once you have filtered you can click "Save Selected Filters" if you want these filters to save for the next time you open a report. In the above report, if I only want to see my own files I would filter and click Save Selected Filters
