Switching Between Searchable Reports and Exportable Reports
In the Reports screen in Redbrick PM there are two main views. Searchable Results and Exportable Results.
You can switch between the two using the third button on the toolbar
Exportable Results
Exportable Results allows you to use the Export options on the toolbar which are otherwise greyed out.
When exporting reports you will first be prompted if you would like to save this export to the document screen of the current matter
And then you will prompted if you would like to View this file now
If you say yes, your exported file will then open (allowing you to save it somewhere else using standard office functionality)
Searchable Results
Searchable results allow you to search on screen all columns in the report without first exporting it, by typing into the search field at the top of each column
