TM Searches

TM Searches

Redbrick allows integration with the TM Group which enables you to view and order TM Group searches

How does it work?

If setup by your Administrator you will now be able to see the TM Searches options in 'Edit Matter' on the 'Search Risk Factors' Panel when you click on 'Searches' button

It will show new options: TM Group Searches (England and Wales) and TM Group Searches (Scotland)

The TM Searches options will also be available from the Searches dropdown button

If TM Searches has not been setup for you, when you try and perform a search you will get the following error message. Please contact your Administrator for assistance

When selecting a TM Search you will see the following message, click 'Yes' to continue with the search request

When you select a TM Search you maybe shown the Risk Factors window. This will be shown because:

You have not performed a Risk Factor Search before

or

A Risk Factor search has been performed before the upgrade but as you are requesting a TM Group Search, another Risk Factor search is required

Click on the 'Get Risk Factor' button

If it's a residential property and for an individual client, then Redbrick will select the 'Residential' option

Once the Risk Factor process is complete, it will populate the Risk Factor data. Click 'OK' to continue

After a few seconds the Property Plan View screen will open

On this screen, you can change or modify the plan by clicking the 'Edit Outline' button, if needed.

Once you enable the 'Edit Outline' functionality, it allows you to drag the outline as needed.

On top right corner of the screen there are Delete, Reset, Cancel and Save options

If you have changed the outline for the property, then select 'Yes' at the bottom of the window. This will enable 'Next' button

If you make any changes to the plan and click 'Next,' the new amended plan will be downloaded to the Documents screen. Click 'OK' to confirm. The Property Plan Viewer will move to the next screen

If you know which search product you would like to order, click 'Yes'

It will also enable the 'Previous' button, in case you wish to go back to the previous screen

After selecting 'Yes,' it will retrieve the search pack and products from TM, which may vary based on matter type and location

Once the pack is selected, it will also automatically select products for the selected pack in the right-side list

This will also allow you to select other search product(s) in addition to the auto-selected products

If you try to select multiple packs from the left-side list, a message will appear: 'You can only select one pack.' However, the user can still select other search products from the right-side list

Untick the first pack to select the second pack. You will see that it selects different products in the right-side list

If you click 'No,' this screen will appear

If you click 'Next,' it will take you to the TM Group website
