AI - How to Use on Redbrick

Matters

·       You can ask Legal AI a basic question on the matter, or choose from a selection of pre-set ‘prompt’ questions if any have been created. Click the Legal AI button at the top of Redbrick. This will pop up the Legal AI window. Type your question into the box at the bottom of the window and hit Enter or click Ask

·      Both the question and the returning result will appear in the main area of the window

·   If you have added any Quick Prompts on your setup you should be able to see these on the drop down arrow next to the Legal AI button

·      Simply select your Quick Prompt and it will produce the longer question with the answer

Documents

·      On your Documents screen you can right click on a document and select one of your pre-set prompts or simply Ask About. Either option will open the Redbrick Legal AI window

·      If you select a Prompt it will carry out the operation, or if you just click Ask About it will open it as a blank window and allow you to ask any question about your document.  If you find the result doesn’t give you what you need you can try refining your prompt in the setup.

·      You can also ask additional questions within your prompt screen by typing them in the white box at the bottom and clicking Ask

·      Right clicking on the results will give you some copy options

·      You can add further documents by clicking the Add Document button at the bottom left, and then ask a question about that document.  This enables you to do a number of documents one after the other

·      You can also add a file from elsewhere, e.g. your desktop, by clicking the Add File button at the bottom of the window. Then you can type your question in the white box.
