Matters
· You can ask
Legal AI a basic question on the matter, or choose from a selection of pre-set ‘prompt’
questions if any have been created. Click the Legal AI button at the top of
Redbrick. This will pop up the Legal AI window. Type your question into the box
at the bottom of the window and hit Enter or click Ask
· Both the question and the returning result will
appear in the main area of the window
· If you have added any Quick Prompts on your
setup you should be able to see these on the drop down arrow next to the Legal
AI button
· Simply select your Quick Prompt and it will
produce the longer question with the answer
Documents
· On your Documents screen you can right click on
a document and select one of your pre-set prompts or simply Ask About. Either
option will open the Redbrick Legal AI window
· If you select a Prompt it will carry out the
operation, or if you just click Ask About it will open it as a blank window and
allow you to ask any question about your document. If you find the result doesn’t give you what
you need you can try refining your prompt in the setup.
· You can also ask additional questions within
your prompt screen by typing them in the white box at the bottom and clicking
Ask
· Right clicking on the results will give you some
copy options
· You can add further documents by clicking the
Add Document button at the bottom left, and then ask a question about that
document. This enables you to do a
number of documents one after the other
· You can also add a file from elsewhere, e.g.
your desktop, by clicking the Add File button at the bottom of the window. Then
you can type your question in the white box.
