Redbrick Cloud - Logging off or Signing out of your session
It is important to always log out of Redbrick Cloud correctly. Ordinarily you would log out when you are finished for the day, although you might also do this if an application has crashed or you're having any windows related issues (the old "turn it off and on again")
Although its tempting to just "Close the session" using the X at the top of your system, this only disconnects you, and therefore when you log back on, it will attempt to pick up where you left off, however this will continue using resources, which may impact performance for others in your environment, and you when you yourself log back in.
You should always therefore log off fully by clicking the windows menu, then your profile picture, then click Sign out, especially if trying to resolve a crash.
If you do not correctly log off from Redbrick Cloud your profile may not be included in that evenings out of hours backup
Do NOT close your session like this
