Redbrick Cloud - Getting Connected for the first time
Step one:
Download the windows authenticator application on your Phone
Either search the apple store or the google play store on your mobile phone and download the “Microsoft Authenticator App” you will need this later!
Step two:
On your computer get the windows app
For PC's Open the “Microsoft Store”. You can do this by clicking your windows icon on your task bar and searching for Windows Store (But you can also download the windows app on Mac, IoS and Android)
Once the store is open, search for “windows app” and install it

Once installed, open the windows app and pin to your taskbar by right clicking on the app on the bottom of your screen and selecting ‘pin to taskbar’. This will assist you in easily finding the app moving forwards.
Step three:
Sign into (or log out of existing account and log into) your “RedbrickCloud” account
If you need to sign out of your existing/default account, click your initials in the top Right and sign out Enter your @redbrickcloud.com email address and password
You may then be prompted to change your password and use the Authenticator app you downloaded in step one. If it's your first time using Windows App, navigate through the tour to learn more about Windows App, then select Done, or select Skip.
Step four:
Log into the environment
You should now be able to see your new Desktop available. Select Connect to connect to it. You might be prompted to enter the password for your user account again, you can select ‘remember me’ so you do not have to type your password every time.
Once the connection to your device or app is complete, you're ready to start using it.
Ensure you Open outlook and log in with your firm email to it to ensure you receive your emails.
When first opening outlook it may default to your @Redbrickcloud.com email address. This
isn’t a real email address so please ensure you change this email to your real one and sign
in.
