Document Limit Hit / You cannot import any more emails as the maximum limit has been reached
If you receive a message such as;
You cannot import any more emails as the maximum limit has been reached
Or if you cannot create new document as the options are greyed out;
This usually will mean that your matter is currently in a Quote type status. Quote status files have a document limit. To get around this please activate the matter.
