Drag and Drop files from out of the Document Screen
You can easily drag and drop files from the Document screen into email as attachments or to other locations such as your desktop or a folder.
Simply highlight one or more documents and drag to another location outside of RPM including dragging them into on open email. When dragging to an open email, you can let go of the mouse when it is in the body itself and the documents will then show in the attachments area (rather than placing the mouse in the attachment area itself).
Note that there is no way to convert documents to a PDF when dragging and dropping to an email, if you need to do this, either convert them yourself first, or highlight the document(s) from the matter in Redbrick and select 'Email as PDF'. This is detailed in another helpsheet available to you.
