Adding individual Contacts to an Other Party

You add individual contacts within the Agent party by clicking on the Contact button. Then the Add button.

This is useful if you deal with an Agent or Solicitor on a regular basis on various matters, and deal with different contacts at the Agents or Solicitors. You can add as many contacts as you need for each party.

Then click the Close button.

This will have saved your new other party with your contacts into your main database to be used over and over againYou can now select it or double click it to pull it into the matter you are working on.

You then need to select the contact for that Other party, that you are dealing with on this matter.

To do this click on the Contact Options button. Highlight the Party, and then click on the dropdown list in the Contacts field and select the contact for that party on this matter.

Then close to save.

This means that if you create any documents, it will use the information in the Dear field, and if you email anything to the other party, the email address against the contact will show for you to select before emailing.
