Adding PDFs as Templates

Adding PDFs as Templates

You are able to add PDFs as Templates in Redbrick PM. To do this go to the same area that you would add a Word Template. Options>Matter Types>[The Matter Type]>Document Templates

Then select which section you'd like to store the PDF in (for example, Client, Attendance Notes, Solicitor etc)

Then click the arrow to the right of the template window and select Add PDF

Give your PDF a name, then click the [...] to navigate to the file you want to import and select it (Click Open)

After clicking Save your template is now available for use

You can now open it by clicking new document on any matter of the matter type you've added it to

You are also able to add it as a trigger to tasks, matter actions and case processors the same as any word document.
