Set Fields as Read Only on Questionnaire Templates - Administrators
When creating a questionnaire you may want to use some of the information already completed in Redbrick for information purposes, but you don't want this information to be overwritten by the person completing it.
You can do this by setting the particular field to Read Only.
To do this simply:
- create your field with a heading (Question)
- add the token for where the information sits in Redbrick
- select the field type (it should detect the correct field type when you add the token)
- tick the Fill From Token box to ensure the information will always fill from the related field in Redbrick
- tick the Readonly box to ensure this field will display as a read only field on the questionnaire and therefore cannot be overwritten
- Save changes before closing the Questionnaire template
