Insert File Trigger

While Redbrick supports storing both PDFs and Word templates within the Document Templates section, there are occasions where other file types—such as Excel spreadsheets—need to be regularly added to matters.

In these scenarios, the “Insert File” task trigger provides a straightforward and repeatable solution.

To do this navigate to the task template (Options>Matter Types>Sale/Purchase/Etc> Tasks) Open the task in question and then "Triggered Actions"
Add>Documents>Insert File

Navigate to any file and add it 


The next time you tick off that task, it will add a copy of that file to your document screen and open it;
