Drag and Drop Options

Drag and Drop Options

In the MyAccount menu in Redbrick PM you can select what happens when you drag and drop files in.

The options are;
  1. Drop to Current Active Matter - this will just drop into the file you have open at the time.
  2. Always drop to a new tab and search. When you have this selected whenever you drag a document or email in this screen will popup, and you can select any case you'd like. This is useful for users who are dragging a lot of documents in to various cases (such as post room staff).

  3.  Prompt user to choose preferred option each time. This will pop up with the following box, allowing you to choose either option above - the best of both worlds.
