Setting up the Portal on behalf of your Client

How to Create an account on your Clients behalf.

Visit https://portal.redbricksolutions.co.uk/ and click Sign Up

Fill out your clients details, ensuring that they match exactly what is in your system. Give them a temporary password. and Click Register. 


At the next page Refresh your page rather than continuing (continuing at this stage will send your client an SMS code)

Once the page has reset, click "Forgot Password?"


Enter the clients email address and click "Email Link"

Why you might need to do this?

Generally you'll only need to do this if your client is struggling to sign up themselves, or if they are trying to reset a password when they haven't yet registered for an account
