Creating a Document to multiple Parties

Creating a Document to multiple Parties

IF you have two of the same party type on a matter you are able to write the same letter to both at once.
This can be used to write to multiple banks, for example, but it is particularly useful when writing to lots of the same individuals, such as occupiers or legatees.
When you have multiple of the same party, you will see Multiple in the dropdown for document type.
When you click on the Select button a new window will open showing the list of parties available – all are ticked as default.

To access the window where you enter the reference fields and Addresses, etc, for each party, highlight one at a time, then add references in and any other fields required like Dear. Repeat this for all parties in turn.

When you hit the ‘OK’ button you will revert back to the document window you started with.

Highlight the document you wish to produce and open it as normal. This will now create multiple versions of the same document; one for each party.
