Redbrick Integration with InfoTrack

Redbrick Integration with InfoTrack

The InfoTrack Integration allows users to order InfoTrack searches directly from RPM through the standard Redbrick searches process, with results automatically added to the corresponding matter.

Note: To use this functionality, you must be running version 31 or later of Redbrick. You will also need an active InfoTrack account and valid login credentialsRequires InfoTrack credentials/configuration to be set up.

Access to the InfoTrack platform is from either a Searches Task Trigger, Matter Action or from the menu option on the Searches button.

InfoTrack will be on the list of enabled providers in the searches drop down, and you can run a search by selecting it.

The browser window will then open InfoTrack.

You will not be able to access the InfoTrack Platform if your matter does not have a Solicitor added as a party, you will see the following message:

When the InfoTrack Platform opens, it will open showing the Matter Number.

When using the InfoTrack Platform you will see that it has pulled in certain details from the matter. For searches it will pull in the Postcode.

If you are using the SDLT functionality, if your administrator has setup the Effective Date and Completion Date Templates then you will see these dates passed to InfoTrack in the SDLT section.

RPM will also pass the Property Address and Title Number, Seller, Buyer and Solicitor details.

In RPM you will see Notifications and Alerts back from InfoTrack.

Getting Results Back from InfoTrack

There is a dedicated InfoTrack notification section in the bottom right. As results come back, this will chime in the usual way.

To see notifications, click the InfoTrack Icon, to bring up the Notifications Window.

All Matters:

Current matter:

InfoTrack notifications work slightly differently from other RPM notifications. If a notification states is for a Document, you will first need to import the document by double clicking on it or selecting the import button.

Once the document has been imported, or a document isn’t attached, the next action is to save the notification to the matter.

Once the notification has been actioned you will be asked to dismiss the notification.

On the Document screen you will see a Note added and any documents that were downloaded.

Imported documents will have a descriptive name based on the information returned by InfoTrack.
