No Documents Visible in Documents Screen
Occasionally you may find that you cannot see documents in the document screen in Redbrick PM.
This is usually for one of two reasons.
Filters
If on another case you were looking for a particular file type, or documents created by a user - Redbrick remembers these options. The new file you've gone into may not have any documents of that file type, or created by that user.
Clicking the

button on this menu will set all the filters back to
ALL which will then show all documents.
Preview
Sometimes, especially if you have one small and one large screen (such as a laptop and a monitor) the document preview window will take up the whole screen. you may see something like this;
Hovering your mouse at the top of the preview screen will allow you to adjust the size of the preview window
Alternatively, you can also switch off the preview panel by clicking

on the tool bar.
